What We're Looking For
We publish 4-6 titles per year, focusing on literary works by writers whose voices are energized by the beauty and spirit of the coastal mountains of BC.
Poetry Collections
Full-length collections of 48+ pages. We seek work from writers whose creativity is inspired by the coastal mountains of BC, sharing their unique perspectives and experiences.
Requirements:
- Complete manuscript (48-80 pages)
- Cover letter with brief bio
- Table of contents
- Previously published poems noted
Fiction
Novels, novellas, and short story collections by writers whose voices are energized by the beauty and spirit of the coastal mountains of BC, reflecting the diversity of lives and stories in the region.
Requirements:
- Complete manuscript
- Synopsis (1-2 pages)
- Author bio and publication history
- First three chapters for novels
Creative Nonfiction
Memoirs, essays, and narrative nonfiction from writers whose creativity is inspired by the coastal mountains of BC, sharing lived experiences, community, and identity.
Requirements:
- Complete manuscript or detailed proposal
- Sample chapters (3-5)
- Author platform information
- Market analysis

Submit
Send your complete submission via email with all required materials.
Review
We review all submissions within 8-12 weeks and respond to every query.
Decision
If accepted, we'll work with you to develop a publication timeline.

File Format
Please submit as a single PDF file, double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman font. Include your contact information on the first page.
Simultaneous Submissions
We accept simultaneous submissions but ask that you notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all submissions within 8-12 weeks. If you haven't heard from us after 12 weeks, feel free to follow up.
